Within the 1-year warranty period, we are happy to replace a new one to you if it is our quality issue. Please send the defective unit by air mail to
and email us the following information:
(1) invoice number
(2) your name and contact information
We will send the replacement within 1 week and update you the tracking number. Postage takes 3 days in HK or 2 weeks for the rest of the world.
If it is not our quality issue or outside the warranty period, we will quote to you the repairing fee.
